QuickBooks: Processing Multiple Reports
To save time, a business might want to process multiple reports at one time. This can be especially useful at month-end when the same reports need to be displayed and/or printed when the books are closed.
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
- Choose Reports / Memorized Reports and select the Memorized Report List menu. In the Memorized Report List QuickBooks has a group of built-in reports including Banking, Company, Customer, Vendor, and Nonprofit. You can also set up your own customized group of reports (see “Memorizing Reports – Part 2” Solution [http://tinyurl.com/ckubtgr] for more information on grouping your reports).
- From the Memorized Report List, choose the header in the desired group of reports and then click Display or Print.
